BLUE PEARL

It was especially comfortable, safe and convenient. We wanted good family time and we got it!

We had a great week at the Blue Pearl. The home is very nice inside and had everything we needed. The beds are very firm, so my husband moved it. The only issue we had was with the TV. There were no instructions for home to get the DVD player to work, so no movies during the rainy time.

Overall our stay at Blue Pearl was awesome. It was a great location.

The agency made a mistake with our booking, but they made it right for us by putting us in this elegant property instead. The interior is fresh and airy, and thankfully the air conditioning is robust enough to handle August in Jamaica Beach. The layout of the house was perfect for our party of adults since we each got our own room. We went to the beach almost every day since it was so close, and enjoyed the museums and restaurants in Galveston proper. Birdwatching from every angle.

Everyone had a great time,the beach was clean,caught a few fish,the evenings were pleasant and even though we had a few thunderstorms,they timed themselves well. We would definitely rent from you again and would definitely request Blue Pearl,it was clean and well stocked.

After some confusion at rental company, we were booked at the Blue Pearl. We were originally supposed to be at another home but that fell through. Blue Pearl was very nice and clean. It was comfortable and had a nice location in Jamaica Beach. The AC worked great. Kitchen was well stocked and one thing thay was GREAT was the gas stove. Beds were ok, not totally comfortable. There was a nice outside bar downstairs and plenty of room to park vehicles. Outside area was nice up amd downstairs. There was some disrepair with outside chairs and the house had minimal or no window treatments that allowed the sunlight in in every room. The master had very thin drapes that allowed the morning sun to glare in at 6.30 am. For fishing, there was a boat slip which we used, however it was very difficult to maneuver because of a tight angle to get a 18 foot boat in. A 20 foot boat will be very tough to angle in there. There is no fish cleaning station nor rod holders nor outside fishing lights. Over all it was a nice stay.

This was a great getaway choice! The Blue Pearl was gorgeous, spotless, very well furnished, and very charming. The sunrise views from the decks were gorgeous and our family of seven had ample space to relax very comfortably. We didn't use the outdoor bar on the first floor, but I will next time we book our trip. I am looking forward to coming back really soon!

Very nice home, well appointed and equipped for a weeks stay. Home was well kept and in clean condition when we arrived. Rental booking process was very simple and seamless customer service provided. Boat slip was very nice and worked out well for my boat, caught fish every day! Beach was a short drive away in the golf cart.

I would strongly recommend this property for a restful vacation, particularly if you enjoy boating and beaching!

My family of 7 stayed at the Blue Pearl for 8 days and absolutely loved it. We didn't want to leave; it was extremely relaxing. Neighborhood is great; very quiet and patrolled all night long. My family and I definitely rent again!!! Thank you for everything.

We had a great time at the Blue Pearl. It fit our family just perfect. The house was very accommodating. Loved the dcor! It was very clean and well equipped. The deck was perfect.

All was good but the sleeper sofa was too rough and could hardly be slept on due to the quality of the mattress, all else was fabulous

The house was just like the pictures showed it to be. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We saw the local police patrolling several times which made us feel safe. It was a great experience and the kids are already looking forward to next year.

My family and I absolutely LOVED the Blue Pearl. It was spacious, clean, and just all around great. The only downside is the distance from the sea wall. But we were able to fish any time we wanted. Our kids loved catching small crabs from the lower deck. And the neighbors are very welcoming. We enjoyed our next door neighbor Bill. He made the stay a little bit more enjoyable. We can't wait till we can stay again.
