COOL BREEZE

What a cool little house. Perfect for our group. Would love to stay here again.

The house was clean, location was great and check in was easy. Our only suggestions are to add som patio pavers between the deck and dock so people don’t track mud into their boat and replace the patio furniture. The wood furniture is uncomfortable upstairs and the table downstairs is past it’s useful life. The metal chairs were ok but won’t last much longer and the plastic chair at the table was cracked. If you are renting and they still have this furniture make sure you bring chairs! Otherwise our stay was great!

Perfect place for a family of four! We love Jamaica Beach and this is our fourth house renting in the area. We all agreed this one was our fav. Clean and cozy, you felt immediately comfortable in this house. Great updates, kitchen has the basics... which is fine, we didn’t want to cook. Fishing was great off the dock, definitely recommend getting live shrimp from one of the local bait shops, the fish loved it! Would have liked to have had a ladder to get out of canals, but our teenagers managed! Recommend staying here, definitely a gem. Was also great to work with the mgmt team face to face! Refreshing and easy to work with. Hope to stay here again!

This house was great for our 2 families. It was close to everything we were doing in Galveston, but relaxing and out of the busy part of town. The property management was very helpful the few times we needed anything. The only thing that could have been better were maybe add a few bowls. The extra linens and blankets for the foldout were stained/dirty, but there is a washer and dryer.

The house is cute and in the perfect location with amazing views! My favorite part of the house is the covered balcony at the front of the house where there is an amazing “cool breeze” any time of the day. I found everything I needed in the kitchen. The house was clean and the management act fast of you have issues. The negative aspects: found dirt spots at the curtains in the living room and covers at the master bedroom, the dining table at the balcony on second floor is broken and useless and that balcony need some maintenance because you can hurt your feet if barefoot also the hailing is kind of loose (not danger yet, but beed to be checked). Back to the positve aspects, the house offers kayaks and it was fun to have access to the water so easily. My kids woke up and went to fish or for a kayaking “expedition”. Neighbors were very nice. It is a nice house. We had fun!
