Beautiful home, great location. Lots of Soave, great family place. Lots of public beaches nearby.
Fully equipped with everything you need to go to the beach.

With three small children this house was great it was safe for them to play in downstairs and ride their bikes. The house had all the cooking and dining equipment that you could ask for and all of the appliances worked as designed. We had a great time here and the place was well-maintained, close to the bay and the beach, and safe for small children.

Enjoyed our stay at our rental. Rooms were adequatley furnished. Rooms were very spacious.

I unforunately went during a bad time for there was a rainstorm so we were being attacked by mosquitoes. It was otherwise a great experience. depsite some technical difficulties in the kitchen with the stove, door and freezer. Nice distance from beach, comfortable sitting areas, and very spacious.

The rental house was nice and spacious. Had everything we needed to cook with . Showers located downstairs was great to rinse off before going to the house. Overall our experience was great and would definitely stay there again. We also requested to stay an extra day and Sally was very helpful with that!

Great place to stay! Definitely bring mosquito spray. Love the location. Plenty of beach toys for my daughter. Not far from the beach. Short drive to restaurants.

Our stay was great. The house was exactly as it was in the pictures. We loved how much space there was. The yard was wonderful for outdoor games and for our child to run around and enjoy himself. The kitchen pantry was supplied with everything you would need to cook meals. The outdoor showers and restroom were a huge plus for when we came back the beach and if we were downstairs we didn't have to run up the stairs just to use the restroom. Overall the house was amazing. We would love to stay in this house again and definitely recommend others to stay also.

Enjoyed the house, we had plenty of towels and extra linen. Up to date kitchen appliances. The only issue we had was out of 2 televisions on 1 had cable and so the kids room the kids were not able to watch TV, plus it was stuck on channel 99 (universal remote was not programmed to the TV) thank goodness we brought their portable DVD players.

Our two family vacation was nice and peaceful. The house was really nice with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and nice sitting areas on the porches. The only problems we encountered upon arrival were ants over the kitchen counter and in the rooms and the mosquitoes were horrible; however, I did inform the agency about it. We didn't get to sit in the garage area due to the uncleanness of it. It was nasty and dirty. The washer and dyer was down there as well and it was not in a clean area. The half bath was nasty, but the outside showers were useable. Other than that, I would recommend it.

Nice house. About 5 minutes to walk to beach or to bay-side. House is in a neighborhood in the middle of the island, but you cannot see the Gulf or the bay from there. In March, it took about 15 minutes to drive to downtown Galveston. Local WiFi internet signal was too weak to be usable, it's probably better closer to Galveston. Showers and bathroom in garage below house were very handy after returning from beach.

We were going to Galveston for unfortunate reasons and were stunned by the hotel prices.We called Wolverton and explained the situation, in which they found us a home for 5 adults that was 1/2 of the cost of hotels for 4 nights. Had 1 issue with the refrigerator but they had it fixed the very next day. Beautiful home and large lot that is secure!! Showers downstairs to rinse off with. Only suggestion would be for the owner to put in a bigger TV, the 19" is really too small,lol. But other than that I strongly recommend this house and rental company!

We loved the property, location and island in general, though the property was misrepresented in the website as having a large finished downstairs. Apparently, the downstairs was lost during the hurricane (a year ago?) but the description and pictures were never changed. When we brought it to the attention of the property manager, we were met with disinterest. Our intent wasn't to harass or brow beat the property manager, just get a little acknowledgement of the discrepency, a slight discount on a future stay or even a kind word. Of these, we got none.
We will definitely return to Galveston and rent a home in the future, maybe even the same one, but we might look for a different representative.

Overall, I thought this property was excellent and we were well accommodated by the amenities. The downstairs was full of dead bugs and when an employee showed up, she offered no type of assistance. We were basically left to sweep them up only to have them reappear the next morning. I also would have preferred knowing that there was no inside access from the first floor to the second floor. Other than that, I thought the space (indoors as well as outdoors) was excellent and most certainly served our purpose. Looking to definitely rent this property in the near future.
